We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Legends. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all china, glassware, and silverware to ensure they are clean and ready for use.
- Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, pots, and pans to prevent the buildup of bacteria and other microorganisms.
- Store all equipment and supplies in designated areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen to prevent slips, trips, and falls.
- Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
