About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the cleanliness of common spaces, including hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby.
  • Clean and arrange hotel rooms to meet our hotel's high standards prior to guest arrival.
  • Respond to general questions and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
  • Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Requirements

  • Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Over 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
