As an Insurance Recruiter, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing leads, and marketing appropriate products and services.

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
• Work closely with the agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to meet sales goals.
• Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
