Job Summary:
Campbell County is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the operations of the District Court. As a Deputy District Court Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the court's administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical functions, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collect and receipt court fees and fines, processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Process, file, and maintain legal documents, ensuring compliance with court procedures and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the court administration team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or GED equivalent) and one (1) year of clerical experience.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
