Job Summary:

Campbell County is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the operations of the District Court. As a Deputy District Court Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the court's administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of clerical functions, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collect and receipt court fees and fines, processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process, file, and maintain legal documents, ensuring compliance with court procedures and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the court administration team.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or GED equivalent) and one (1) year of clerical experience.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
