Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team at Cincinnati Motorsports. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining all units title documentation for the dealership.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient acquisition and transfer of vehicle titles, as well as maintaining records of sold vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and maintain accurate vehicle titles for all inventory
- Process all title transfers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all sold vehicles
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of titles
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate completion of title documentation for each sale
- Identify and resolve any title discrepancies or issues

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Title Clerk in a dealership/powersports dealer setting
- Knowledge of BMV and state-specific title and registration processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
