Position Summary

The role of Manufacturing Production Workers involves the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery, including machining, processing, assembly, and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce goods in line with production specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

• Handle, pack, and organize raw materials and finished products.

• Ensure product quality by monitoring output and addressing any defects.

• Maintain accurate daily production logs to support performance analysis.

• Perform additional tasks as required.

A high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
