Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team at University Partners. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to prospective residents, current residents, and the broader community.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a professional and enthusiastic demeanor. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, effectively leasing apartments, and ensuring seamless communication with residents and prospects. Your strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure will enable you to overcome objections and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community
- Effectively lease apartments in accordance with occupancy goals
- Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents
- Conduct outside marketing activities under the direction of the Assistant Manager and Community Manager
- Coordinate the application review process, including credit and income verifications, background checks, and lease paperwork preparation

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; or High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Patient, even-tempered, and able to work well under pressure
