Job Responsibilities

As a Lead Associate, you will provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Closing the store, reconciling cash with daily sales reports, and securing the facility for the night.
  • Preparing and maintaining records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports.
  • Conducting inspections as necessary.
  • Providing excellent customer service and operating the cash register.
  • Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations.
  • Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.

Requirements

We are seeking a Lead Associate with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Lead or supervisory experience.

Work Schedule

Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially on evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and open at 1PM on Sunday.

Compensation

The starting pay for this position is $15.05 per hour.
