Dietary Aide Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team at Trinity Healthcare LLC. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional meal service and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with established nutritional standards and procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Accurately record meals served and monitor food temperatures to ensure quality and safety.
  • Store food and supplies in a manner that prevents spoilage and maintains a clean environment.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing assigned dining areas, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
  • Wash dishes and utensils according to acceptable standards of practice.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a nursing home or food service setting is preferred.
