About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Nurturing Caregiver to join our team at The Learning Gate. As an experienced educator, you will be responsible for leading and managing the infant classroom, providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development: Create developmentally appropriate activity plans, recognizing individual children's differences, special interests, handicaps, abilities, and styles of learning.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment, ensuring the health and well-being of children.
  • Communication: Build effective communication lines with children, parents, fellow staff, and the Site Director, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Working Conditions

This role requires pushing a buggy, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, or climbing as needed, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
