Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Transportation Risk Manager to join our team at Julius Silvert. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing risks associated with fleet operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with fleet operations, including driver safety and equipment maintenance.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and internal policies, staying up-to-date with changing regulations.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver safety training programs for drivers, focusing on best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: 3+ years in a safety and compliance role within transportation or logistics.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of FMCSA, DOT regulations, and safety best practices. Strong communication skills for effective training and incident response.
  • Technology: Familiarity with eLog systems and compliance tracking software.
Estimated Annual Salary

$92,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
