We are seeking a skilled Steel Tradesman to join our team at Consolidated Construction Co., Inc. As a Steel Tradesman, you will be responsible for installing structural materials, working with miscellaneous metals, and reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure proper placement of structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Install structural materials, including steel beams and columns
- Work with miscellaneous metals, such as aluminum and stainless steel
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper placement of structures
- Collaborate with team members to establish a safe and comfortable work environment
- Perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy materials
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
