About the Role

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining process and discipline around the P&L. You will analyze restaurant financial performance, create follow-up plans to maximize profitability, and manage restaurant budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure open communication and feedback.
    • Recognize and reward team members for their contributions and achievements.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make improvements to our services and products.
    • Lead product rollout meetings with the management team to ensure successful implementation.
  • Financial Management:

Requirements:
  • Experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager in the quick-service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills.
