Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LPN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to medically fragile children in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Qualifications:
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
