About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing and production plants. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet business and market demands.
  • Manage human and material resources to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise staff activities, review performance, and initiate corrective actions as required.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations within the plant.
  • Assess and improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission.
  • Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and infrastructure to reduce downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Monitor production to resolve issues promptly and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels.
  • Implement cost control measures to reduce operational and production expenses.
  • Utilize ERP software for production planning and inventory management.
  • Adapt resource allocation based on production schedules and shifts.
  • Ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
  • Enhance employee engagement and facilitate the development of a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is crucial, with proven supervisory experience, preferably in the cosmetics and dietary supplements industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing software, statistical methods, and data analysis, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle high pressure and critical decision-making scenarios efficiently.
