Job Description

CarParts is currently seeking Order Pickers to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining a well-organized warehouse by efficiently receiving and storing merchandise.

As an Order Picker, you'll play a crucial role in serving our customers' needs by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You'll be key to driving our success at our distribution center and contributing to our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claim received merchandise from designated areas using an order picker.
  • Scan proper labels and transport merchandise to assigned stock locations using material handling equipment.
  • Scan proper labels and initiate the put-away process following established rack rules and RF guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Assist with tasks as needed when current with assignments.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
  • Deadline-driven.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Team player.
  • Safety-focused.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally: Activity exists up to 1/3 of the time (8-11 hour shift)
  • Frequently: Activity exists from 1/3 of the time up to 2/3 of the time (8-11 hour shift)
  • Constantly: Activity exists 2/3 or more of the time (8-11 hour shift)
