About the Job

As an Insurance Field Inspector with InsurSolv, LLC, you will play a crucial role in assessing the physical characteristics and conditions of commercial and residential properties on behalf of our clients. Your comprehensive reports will summarize observable hazards and provide recommendations to help our clients determine eligibility for insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to gather data on physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions.
  • Document findings through photographs and detailed reports.
  • Identify and document unusual hazards and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, setting your own schedule to accommodate client needs.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Self-discipline and organizational skills to manage an aggressive workload.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Microsoft Windows-based PC, Google Chrome or Edge, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and a digital camera or smartphone.
