The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to direct and manage project development from start to finish.

  • Manage multiple construction projects concurrently
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout
  • Direct and supervise project teams, including field superintendents, project engineers, and APMs
  • Develop and track project scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Provide effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Prepare and manage project cost reporting
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of construction codes and regulations, as well as experience working with OSHA safety requirements.

About the Company

Spiniello Companies offers a competitive salary range of $115k -- $130k per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
