Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician/Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting a positive and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and supervision to clients, including assistance with daily activities and tasks.
- Ensure client safety by using verbal de-escalation techniques and CPI methods as needed.
- Facilitate daily schedules and activities, including meal service, laundry, and group sessions.
- Communicate effectively with treatment teams and provide updates on client progress.
- Supervise self-administration of medications and maintain accurate records.
- Provide transportation for clients to community outings and meetings.
- Practice compliance with all policies and procedures, including record keeping and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
- Prior experience in behavioral health treatment settings with young adults a plus.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage.
- Competitive salary range: $18.00-$22.62 per hour.
