Physician Empire is seeking a highly qualified Family Medicine Physician to lead our residency program in Southwest Missouri.
This is a unique opportunity to join a teaching facility with a strong reputation for producing well-rounded physicians. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, teaching, and community engagement.
- MD/DO degree required
- Five years of experience as a practicing Family Medicine Physician
- Two years of experience as core faculty member in an ACGEM-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
- Demonstrated leadership in teaching, experience in community-engaged health care research
- Demonstrated instructional and presentation skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit to engage collaborators and attract highly qualified trainees and faculty
- Knowledge and experience in an integrated care setting
- Track record of building affiliations with community partners and clinical sites to create unique training experiences
- Experience in providing research mentorship and education to students, residents, and faculty
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
