As a Soccer Coach with Challenger Sports, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and rewarding environment. Our program is designed to introduce young children to the game of soccer through fun games and stories.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with children aged 2-5 and possess up-to-date first aid procedures. You must be personable, energetic, and enthusiastic when engaging with children and colleagues. While playing experience in soccer is preferred, it is not required.

We offer flexible part-time working hours and provide uniform, equipment, training, and a curriculum to follow. Compensation ranges from $20-$35 per class, typically lasting 45 minutes each session. Classes run on weekends and are usually 8 weeks long.

You will need to have your own transportation and meet the requirement of completing a background check. Additionally, having US Work Authorization is necessary.
