Cape Regional Home Health Care Managed by BAYADA is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess patients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
