Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team at European Wax Center - Squirrel Hill. As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to communicate with guests and team members.
  • Make detailed notes on each reservation to ensure accurate communication with guests about wax pass savings and promotions.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed prior to each guest's reservation and check out guests after the waxing service.
  • Work closely with the Wax Specialist to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for wax passes and other products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
