Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current Pennsylvania CNA Certification: Ensure you have the necessary certification to practice as a CNA in Pennsylvania.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff through effective communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Provide high-quality care by paying attention to the smallest details.
  • Ability to Lift 50 lbs: Meet the physical demands of the job by being able to lift and move patients safely.
