- Patient Flow: Manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
- Supply Management: Oversee the use of supplies and equipment to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal patient care.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with unit managers and directors to develop and revise unit policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Education: Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Experience: One year of Charge Nurse experience in a hospital setting or more than one year of clinical or management experience
- Certifications: CPR, valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license
