  • Server and Network Administration: Manage and administer our servers, firewalls, networks, and other IT infrastructure to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable operation.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Proactively monitor system health, track unusual network activity, and perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent issues.
  • Database Management: Manage database operations to preserve security, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Access Control and Security: Manage access privileges, maintain confidential information, and secure confidential data.
  • Backup and Recovery: Manage data backups and recovery needs to ensure business continuity.
  • Software Management: Serve as the main contact and subject matter expert on all AVW systems, including software management.
  • Building Security Systems: Manage building security systems, including Open Path doors, ADS alarms, and surveillance cameras.
  • Printer and Phone System Management: Manage printer and phone system operations.
  • Conference Room Equipment: Manage, repair, and test conference room equipment.
  • IT Onboarding and Inventory: Create and manage IT onboarding emails, deliver IT information to employees, and inventory IT equipment.
  • IT Change and Purchase Requests: Create and manage IT change and purchase request forms.
  • Audit and Compliance: Audit security access monthly to all systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relative role, with proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
