Position: Residential Manager
Location: Park Place Recovery Center
Employment Type: Full Time, 8 AM - 5 PM
Annual Salary: $70,000

Job Overview:
The Residential Manager is accountable for overseeing a 24-hour, 35-bed residential program for individuals dealing with substance use issues. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality services to clients while providing direct support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise operations of the residential facility, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Foster a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
  • Engage in team building and problem-solving to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a 24-hour facility or substance use program is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team dynamics and achieving results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
Required Credentials:
  • Master's degree in a mental health-related field with the capacity for independent licensure.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
