Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patients' needs for therapy.
- Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
- Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
- Act as a vital member of patients' medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
- Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork as needed.
- A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
- An innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
- Ability to use common workplace technology.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills.
- 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a home-health setting.
- Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.
