Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transplant Nurse Specialist to join our team at Texas Nursing Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and coordination of services for patients undergoing blood and marrow transplants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the care of patients undergoing blood and marrow transplants, including administering chemotherapy and biotherapy protocols
  • Coordinate patient care and procedures to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state of Texas; BLS certification
  • ACLS and ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card required within specified timeframe
  • Graduate of accredited nursing school, BSN preferred
  • At least 1 year of acute care experience in oncology or hematology
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and team management skills

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly wage estimate: $52.80
  • Night shift differential: $5.50 & weekends $2.00
  • Relocation assistance: $5k (outside of Texas) & $2k (within Texas - 75 miles outside of major cities)
