Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Transplant Nurse Specialist to join our team at Texas Nursing Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and coordination of services for patients undergoing blood and marrow transplants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the care of patients undergoing blood and marrow transplants, including administering chemotherapy and biotherapy protocols
- Coordinate patient care and procedures to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Texas; BLS certification
- ACLS and ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card required within specified timeframe
- Graduate of accredited nursing school, BSN preferred
- At least 1 year of acute care experience in oncology or hematology
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and team management skills
Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage estimate: $52.80
- Night shift differential: $5.50 & weekends $2.00
- Relocation assistance: $5k (outside of Texas) & $2k (within Texas - 75 miles outside of major cities)
