Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a designated group of patients
- Administer medications, provide patient and family education, and coordinate complex patient care needs
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
- Two years of clinical nursing experience in a field applicable to the specific clinic
- Ability to utilize electronic health records and other technology necessary for the setting
