Optical Supervisor

Visionworks is a leading provider of eye care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences. We're seeking a charismatic leader to join our team as a Licensed Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager.

This is a leadership role that requires a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence. As a Licensed Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the store in the absence of the General Manager and supporting the General Manager in achieving store financial goals.

You will promote the store's profitability and achievement of sales goals by holding yourself and your team accountable to delivering daily, weekly, and monthly targets. You will also model and engage in all steps of the patient/customer journey, supervise and redirect associates in the exam lane and sales floor, and support the General Manager in managing incoming traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the store in the absence of the General Manager
• Support the General Manager in achieving store financial goals
• Promote the store's profitability and achievement of sales goals
• Model and engage in all steps of the patient/customer journey
• Supervise and redirect associates in the exam lane and sales floor
• Support the General Manager in managing incoming traffic

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in retail management and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience
• Licensed OSUPS will have/maintain a State Opticians License
