About the Role:This is a full-time opportunity with a non-profit mental health and substance abuse service provider. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Provide medication management and outpatient services
- Collaborate with patients and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Clear and active PMHNP license in the state of Florida
- 1 year of experience in psychiatric mental health nursing
- DEA and/or X Waiver (Data 2000) required for medication management
- Experience working with patients of all ages
- Competitive salary range: $117,000 - $139,000
- Relocation package: $5,000
