Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at EIG Services LLC. As a key member of our Fiscal Department, you will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling various bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
  • Enter journal entries to debit and credit company accounts
  • Reconcile payroll-related accounts and ensure their accuracy
  • Create and distribute analytical reports to multiple departments
  • Record and verify accounts payable, receivable, and payroll transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis
  • Ability to record, store, and analyze financial data using accounting software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software

The salary range for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and more.
