Position Overview:


Become a valued member of our resort Transportation Team as a Bus Driver. If you prioritize safety, have a passion for driving, and excel in providing outstanding guest service, this role is tailored for you.

No prior commercial driving experience is necessary, as we offer paid CDL training and testing.


Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May be available
  • Compensation: Expected pay rate of $26.99 per hour
* Initial pay of $21.00 per hour during CDL training, increasing to $25.00 per hour upon obtaining CDL certification.

Work Schedule:
Full-Time hours available

  • Training Dates: Specific training schedules for Non-CDL and CDL drivers
  • Skill Level: Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport guests in small or large groups while following scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
  • Operate larger vehicles in various conditions
  • Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain knowledge of vehicle upkeep, including checking fluids, fueling, and ensuring all safety systems are functional
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, providing information about the area, activities, and transportation options within the resort
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Maintain a satisfactory driving record
  • Possess a valid Driver's License
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a CDL Class A or B (with Passenger endorsement) within the first 20 days of employment
  • Familiarity with 2-way radio communication and various codes
The anticipated pay range is $26.99 per hour. This range reflects the compensation we expect for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
