Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations for performance enhancements and cost reductions.
- Conduct diagnostics and repairs on all facility equipment.
- Execute plumbing repairs, including toilets, sinks, and domestic water systems.

- Perform field inspections of mechanical, plumbing, cooling, and electrical systems to guarantee reliable and cost-efficient operations.
- Utilize commercial-grade hand and power tools, testing equipment, and grounds maintenance tools.
- Conduct regular documented inspections of the facility.
- Oversee the work of subordinates to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, while maintaining records and preparing necessary reports.
- Coordinate, schedule, and complete maintenance and repair projects, including cost estimation and processing service requests, ensuring compliance with building standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Elevator/Escalator, Electrical, and General Maintenance Mechanics within a facility of similar size and complexity.
- Lead and direct certification in multiple areas, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, and more. Experience in remediation projects is essential. Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to undertake additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Extensive knowledge in commercial mechanical and electrical systems repair, maintenance, and installation.
- 5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, designing, and optimizing building automation systems.
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and life safety systems, as well as compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to a diverse audience.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Proficient in organizing and directing facility maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, project tracking software, and CMMS systems.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and insurability under company policies.
- Availability for on-call duty 24/7, with prompt response capabilities.
- Experience with facilities that operate 24/7.
- Knowledge of chillers over 100 tons, solar systems, and supervisory DDC layers.
- Candidates must successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.
