Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking an experienced Interim Cath Lab Manager to lead our cardiac and vascular invasive and interventional programs. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing programs to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of invasive and interventional cardiac and vascular services, including electrophysiology programs.
  • Develop and implement fiscal management strategies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Lead performance improvement activities and ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage personnel processes, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and other departments.
  • Make timely decisions and manage change processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Interface with all departments to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Assess clinical nursing practice and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement education programs to maintain staff competence and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve conflicts and improve teamwork.
  • Manage equipment and inventory, including technology assessment and implementation.
  • Ensure regulatory and department-specific accreditation requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to drive business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab, with a focus on interventional cardiac and vascular services.
  • Experience with electrophysiology programs is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well with diverse backgrounds, training, and experience.
