Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Teller to join our team at Home State Bank. As a Universal Teller, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

• Assist customers with a wide range of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to convert service interactions into sales.
• Proactively solicit and return referrals from internal departments and existing customers.
• Manage cash and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Apply rules, regulations, and bank policies to prevent loss of bank assets.

• Cash handling skills and ability to perform advanced math functions.
• Professional image and communication skills in both oral and written form.
• In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact positively with coworkers and management.
