Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Opportunity

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

This is a 13-week assignment with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience and hold a CNMT or R.T. (N) (ARRT) certification. Meditech and NMTCB certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging by demonstrating anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
  • Exercise professional judgement in performance of services and maintain a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
  • Apply appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.

The primary focus of this role will be on routine nuclear medicine studies, including bone scans, gastric emptying, VQ, HIDA scans, and others.
