Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team in the Machined Core division. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for performing various operations such as drilling, routing, finishing, and assembly of components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform finish work on components, assemblies, and products, including forming, potting, splicing, sanding, and trimming.
  • Complete fabrication and assembly per drawings/instructions.
  • Read, understand, and execute written work instructions for part manufacture.
  • Accurately inspect parts against quality requirements.
  • Interpret and follow work schedules, advising on any issues.
  • Support essential duties and responsibilities with moderate to low supervision.
  • Assist, clean, and pack operations as needed.
  • Load crates and package parts properly for shipment.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and enter data into the electronic data system.
  • Follow required cleanroom processes and procedures.
  • Properly prepare tools and materials for heat forming of parts.
  • Operate ovens to select the correct recipe for required operations.
  • Curve expand parts as required.
  • Provide customers with the best value, including cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Handle internal and external questions in a prompt, professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to operate independently with reduced supervision.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Previous experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively communicate in an industrial setting.
