Position Summary

Overview: Responsible for preparing and serving food at the grill station, adhering to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive customer orders and prepare items that require minimal preparation. Complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at various stations.
  • Deliver food to customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring it meets established standards for temperature and presentation.
  • Follow ticket-collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records of service periods.
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to guarantee quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
  • Transport food items safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Store food items correctly, following wrapping, dating, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Address customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
  • Participate in training and safety meetings.
  • Foster positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment while performing job duties.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
