Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for executing monetary transactions and maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional customer service in our gaming establishment. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Executing monetary transactions, including gaming chips, tickets, checks, markers, and fills, according to established procedures.
  2. Maintaining accurate window bank balance and safeguarding casino cage assets during assigned shifts.
  3. Processing guest credit applications and maintaining customer credit files with attention to detail.
  4. Issuing window markers and managing safety deposit box services for guests.
  5. Entering transaction data into computer systems, including markers, fill slips, and credit documentation.
  6. Handling customer inquiries professionally and providing information about current promotions.
  7. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation with necessary supplies.
  8. Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies.
  9. Reconciling transactions and balance sheets at the end of shifts.
  10. Collaborating with security personnel to ensure safe money handling procedures.
Requirements
  • Able to meet the minimum age requirement.
  • Prior experience as a cashier or in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of currency handling are essential.
  • Proficiency in operating calculators, computers, and money counting equipment is required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 26 pounds is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are mandatory.
  • Able to obtain and maintain required gaming certifications per local regulations.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Strong integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
