Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual to take on the role of Quality Control Manager and Site Safety Health Officer. This position is essential for overseeing the quality management systems within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive Quality Management System Plan that encompasses policies, programs, and procedures, including a Quality Manual, Self-inspection Program, Audits, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
  • Identifying and addressing hazards as outlined in the Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA).
  • Conducting training sessions on activity-related hazards and the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or controls to be utilized.
  • Providing constructive feedback on work activities to enhance safety measures.
  • Documenting the safety and health controls that are being utilized and implemented.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing and enforcing quality management programs.
  • An active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent education or experience will be considered.
  • At least five years of experience in managing and supervising quality management programs.
