Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Possess 10-12 years of robust experience in ETL development and architecture.
  • Expertise in Data Warehousing, Solution Design, and Data Analytics.
  • Requirement Gathering: Comprehend, interpret, and clarify both functional and technical requirements.
  • Understand the overall system landscape, including upstream and downstream systems.
  • Ability to comprehend ETL technical specifications and develop code effectively.
  • Demonstrate Informatica Cloud features/functions to achieve optimal results.
  • Hands-on experience in performance tuning and pushdown optimization in IICS.
  • Familiarity with Talend, GCP BQ, SQL, and UNIX scripting.
  • Exposure to Python and Shell Scripting, Control-M, GCP Data Flow, and GCP Composer is preferred.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts and implications to business partners effectively.
  • Collaborate with and lead multiple large multi-functional project teams for requirements and delivery.
  • Provide mentorship on debugging and problem-solving.
  • Review and optimize ETL technical specifications and code developed by the team.
  • Ensure alignment with the overall system architecture and data flow.
  • Experience working on Agile projects.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program is based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
