Qualifications
To be successful as an RN Mentor, you will need to have:
- A graduate degree from an approved school of professional nursing and current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a RN
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Home Health required
- One year of experience providing teaching/training to clinical staff preferred
Required Certifications and Licensures
You will need to possess and maintain:
- Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
- Valid CPR certification
- A valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
- A strong clinical background in Home Health
