Qualifications

To be successful as an RN Mentor, you will need to have:

  • A graduate degree from an approved school of professional nursing and current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a RN
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Home Health required
  • One year of experience providing teaching/training to clinical staff preferred

Required Certifications and Licensures

You will need to possess and maintain:

  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
  • Valid CPR certification
  • A valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
  • A strong clinical background in Home Health
