SLPA Position

Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in a full-time school-based position. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to provide support and services to students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and services to students with communication disorders in a school-based setting
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for students
• Assist with assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and research in the field

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy required
• California state board licensure required
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
