Job Summary:
Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in a full-time school-based position. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to provide support and services to students with communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and services to students with communication disorders in a school-based setting
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for students
- Assist with assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and research in the field
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy required
- California state board licensure required
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
