Nexus Enterprises is a leading inland shipping company in Europe, pioneering dry, gas, and chemical tank shipping. Our fleet of over 300 owned and chartered inland vessels transports approximately 35 million tons of cargo per year. As part of our group, we combine rail, waterway, and road transport through modern concepts to create sustainable transport chains.

We are looking for a permanent helmsman with a license (m/f/d) for the tank shipping sector to strengthen our nautical fleet personnel in Luxembourg in the long term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating gas, stainless steel, and coating tankers
  • Loading and unloading of cargo
  • Ship maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment
  • Maintenance and repair of ships and their systems according to internal and external regulations
  • Customer orientation and quality assurance measures on board
  • Safe transportation and handling of goods
Requirements
  • Rhine sailor's license (Mannheim-open sea)
  • Radar license
  • ADN certificate of competence (basic and/or gas/chemical)
  • Good knowledge
