This is a unique opportunity to join our team in an employed model, focusing on outpatient care with no on-call responsibilities.
You will be part of a collaborative team, including Doulas, GYN Coordinators, Certified Nurse Midwives, and others, working together to provide high-quality care to our patients.

We are a federally qualified health center recognized for achieving the highest level of Patient-Centered Medical Home. With multiple locations in North San Diego and Riverside County, we offer comprehensive programs with a holistic, integrated approach, including primary care, behavioral health, dental, and women's services.
The Job
Under the direction of the Clinical Director of Women's Health Services and the Chief Medical Officer, you will serve as a staff physician for our Women's Health Services department, providing comprehensive medical services to patients.
- Perform clinical procedures and services within your approved skills profile and scope of practice.
- Provide medical backup as needed to all TrueCare health center sites and clinicians.
- Supervise, consult, and provide medical backup to Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Participate in precepting medical and paraprofessional students placed with TrueCare.
- Adhere to TrueCare Medical Staff Bylaws and utilize medical staff protocols for referral, follow-up, and quality assurance.
- Work closely with Health Educators to provide health education and follow-up to patients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be Board Certified or Eligible.
- Hold a clear, active California medical license.
- Be bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Hold current CPR certification.
