Multifamily Leasing Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Multifamily Leasing Specialist to join our team at ConAm Management Corporation. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community in Hemet, CA.

This is a full-time, hourly position working Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm with full benefits. The estimated salary for this role is $19-$20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease apartments to prospective residents
  
• Conduct tours of available properties
  
• Analyze market trends and make recommendations to improve leasing strategies
  
• Develop and implement outreach marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive leads
  
• Maintain accurate records of all lease-related activities and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors
  

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
  
• A strong ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain excellent communication skills
  
• The ability to learn and understand in-place pricing models and negotiate lease agreements
  
• Availability to work weekends as needed
