Carhartt Retail Ambassador

Job Summary:

As a Carhartt Retail Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, embodying our core values and heritage. You will promote the brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support visual merchandising and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically promote the Carhartt brand and embody our corporate mission and values.
• Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Execute visual merchandising and visual standards to ensure products are properly displayed.
• Actively participate in performance and talent management processes, including development, training, coaching, and feedback.
• Support leadership by upholding operational standards and working safely.
• Work as a team member to achieve/exceed overall store revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Support execution of community engagement events.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• POS Systems and Microsoft Office skills.

Work Environment:

Retail environment with regular hours and occasional travel (5%).
