Nurse - Weekend Option

As a Registered Nurse at American Senior Communities, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care to our residents. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role
As a Weekend Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents on weekends. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care delivery
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care outcomes
